Evangelia is specialized in the area of dispute resolution and has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil disputes. In addition, she has a broad practice in the areas of administrative and immigration law, as well as a broadly-based transactional experience focusing on commercial law, corporate governance and real estate. She holds an LL.B. from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2001, Honors), an LL.M. in Civil Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (2003), an LL.M. in Maritime Law from the University College London (2004), and an LL.M. from the NYU Law School with a focus on Trade Regulation, Intellectual Property, Patent and Trademark Law (2007). She has been admitted to the Athens Bar since 2004. She provides both litigation-related (contentious) and strategic advice to clients in a wide range of business sectors, assisting them in protecting their interests and achieving their business objectives. She worked for many years as an associate at the law firm of Alexandros Lykourezos, probably one of the most famous criminal defense attorneys of all time in Greece. She is a member of the Alien & Immigration Law Association, serving on its board of directors, and part of the editorial team of the Immigration Law Review. She is native in Greek and fluent in English.
